V. R. Denton is a mystery author currently pursuing a BFA in Creative Writing with a Fiction concentration. She has a self-published YA romance novel and a short story published in a university-run literary magazine. Hailing from America’s Dairyland (that’s Wisconsin, BTW), she currently lives in Nebraska with her two fluffy cats, Balto and Finn. Some other fun facts of note:

• Nothing satisfies her more than a well-made Ellsworth cheese curd.
• She helped design a logo for the school play when she was in 9th grade.🌟
• Her lucky number is 5.
• Her love for anything Italian is almost as strong as her love for her cats. Almost. 🍝
• She’s met The Band Perry in person (and yes, she does have the photo to prove it!).
• Her latest television obsession is Our Flag Means Death. 🏴‍☠️
• She dyed her hair blue in a different life (just kidding, it was last summer).
